Data Retention & Deletion Policy

This policy describes how long we expect to keep assessment records and how users can request deletion or correction.

Retention Periods

Assessment submissions, photos, reports, CRM records, and marketplace activity may be retained while the lead is active and for up to 36 months afterward for quality control, follow-up, dispute handling, provider routing, product improvement, and business records.

Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us with the name, email, and property address used in the submission. We may ask for verification before acting on the request.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, accounting, operational logs, resolved disputes, or records that have been de-identified or aggregated.

Browser-Saved Drafts

If your connection drops during submission, the site may temporarily save a pending request in your browser so it can retry when your connection returns. You can clear this by clearing site data in your browser.
