Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Foothills Fire Defense handles information submitted through the wildfire assessment platform. It is written for property owners, insurance users, local programs, and provider marketplace users.
Information We Collect
We may collect name, email, phone number, property address, approximate lot size, prior mitigation status, homeowner concerns, notes, uploaded photos, map-confirmed location, assessment outputs, marketplace choices, provider claims, and technical logs needed to operate the site.
How We Use Information
We use submitted data to create lead records, generate preliminary AI-assisted wildfire assessments, prepare reports, operate the admin CRM, improve assessment quality, route opt-in bid opportunities, respond to support requests, and maintain security and reliability.
AI And Data Processing
Uploaded photos, map context, and intake details may be processed by AI model providers to generate visual observations, synthesis, and draft recommendations. AI outputs are preliminary and may be reviewed, edited, or rejected before operational use.
Sharing
We do not sell homeowner personal information. We may share limited opportunity previews with providers when a user opts into bidding, and fuller contact/report details only after a provider claim or unlock flow. We may also share data with hosting, storage, email, spreadsheet, analytics, AI, and security vendors that support the service.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may be retained when needed for security, legal, accounting, dispute, or operational reasons.
