These terms govern use of Foothills Fire Defense websites, assessment tools, reports, maps, and related communications. By submitting information or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Use Of The Platform

The platform provides preliminary wildfire mitigation decision support based on submitted information, uploaded photos, public map layers, and AI-assisted analysis. You agree to submit accurate information and only upload photos you have the right to share.

Preliminary Assessment Only

Reports are not formal inspections, certifications, engineering opinions, insurance determinations, code approvals, or guarantees of wildfire safety. Any mitigation scope, cost context, or priority ranking is preliminary and subject to onsite verification by qualified professionals.

Provider Marketplace

If you opt into bids or provider routing, we may share selected assessment details with eligible local mitigation providers. Provider availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, scheduling, quality, and final scope are handled by the provider and are not guaranteed by Foothills Fire Defense.

Acceptable Use

Do not upload unlawful, unsafe, misleading, infringing, or unrelated content. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, reverse engineer private systems, or use the platform to harass homeowners or providers.
